Measuring 25 feet long by 8 feet 6 inches wide by 13 feet 6 inches high, the Luna includes 256 square feet with loft and weighs approximately 13,000 pounds on a 25-foot double-axle trailer. Its defining exterior feature is an asymmetrical roofline clad in matte black 100-year corrugated steel, paired with ribbed standing seam metal roof and siding, Typar rainscreen and housewrap, a custom fixed glass end wall with 1-foot cantilever, single-light glass entry door, and functional awning, casement, and picture windows that create a floor-to-ceiling glass experience and strong indoor-outdoor connection.

Inside, birch plywood interior siding remains unfinished for a bright, modern feel, while dark grey LVL flooring grounds the space.
