Luna at New Frontier Design – 256 Sq Ft Tiny House for Sale in Nashville, Tennessee

The Luna Tiny Home is New Frontier Design's most affordable catalog model, created to deliver budget-conscious pricing without skipping the luxury details that define the brand. Starting at $150,000, the Luna is a high-design tiny home on wheels that comes alive at night with its signature LED valance lighting package, clean white interior aesthetic, and clever storage solutions suited to full-time living, guest use, Airbnb hosting, or nature-focused retreats.

Measuring 25 feet long by 8 feet 6 inches wide by 13 feet 6 inches high, the Luna includes 256 square feet with loft and weighs approximately 13,000 pounds on a 25-foot double-axle trailer. Its defining exterior feature is an asymmetrical roofline clad in matte black 100-year corrugated steel, paired with ribbed standing seam metal roof and siding, Typar rainscreen and housewrap, a custom fixed glass end wall with 1-foot cantilever, single-light glass entry door, and functional awning, casement, and picture windows that create a floor-to-ceiling glass experience and strong indoor-outdoor connection.

Inside, birch plywood interior siding remains unfinished for a bright, modern feel, while dark grey LVL flooring grounds the space. The great room offers open layout flexibility for a sofa, coffee table, and dining set. The kitchen includes an 18-inch drop-in sink, 10.7 cu ft refrigerator, custom cabinetry, butcher block countertops, open shelving, convection toaster oven and microwave combo, and two-burner electric cooktop. The loft accommodates a king-size bed, accessed by custom stairs with ample storage underneath, valance lighting, and operable windows.

The bathroom features a barn door, standard flush toilet, 30-by-30-inch free-standing shower, and wall-mount vanity sink. Mechanical systems include a tankless hot water heater and mini-split HVAC. Compared with other New Frontier models, Luna customization is more limited and generally restricted to interior paint colors, while the company also offers a separate Luna Park Model collaboration built with Zook Cabins. Confirm whether you are purchasing the standard Luna through New Frontier or the Zook Cabins park model channel before ordering.
