A park model is a small factory-built home, often 400 square feet or less, built to RV industry standards but finished like a cottage. They are common in RV resorts and some rural communities.

They are usually towed once to a site by a professional hauler, then blocked and skirted. They are not designed for frequent travel like a tiny house on wheels.
