The exterior was customized from the typical Farallon metal siding to be regular siding in a custom blue to better feel like a home. The living room area has the main door relocated to the side rather than the end of the unit to provide a cozy space as well as to fit a full sized couch. Upgraded kitchen space with propane stove and oven, walnut butcher block counter-top, and “farmhouse” interior styling with gray cabinetry and gray installed shelving throughout the tiny house. It has an Energy Star three-quarter size refrigerator with space for a microwave above it and a water saving faucet. The master loft is large enough for a queen sized bed, and both lofts feature hidden storage as well as shelving to maximize functional space. Additionally, there are owner-installed shelves throughout the tiny house. The bathroom is a unique two room layout, with the sink and closet area with space for a washing machine, separated from the toilet and shower area. There is an electric duct free mini split for both AC and heat, as well as a propane based heat as a secondary heating system. In the spirit of transparency, the current on-demand water heater is an Aquahot and needs service and may need replacing. This house includes features common to all Tumbleweeds including full RVIA certification, water pipes behind baseboards to help keep them from freezing in the winter, solid construction, and that classic Tumbleweed look.

Custom utility closet (separate design & photo in gallery) with Goal Zero Yeti Home Integration kit installed so this home is solar ready. Reverse osmosis water filtration system and air filtration unit are also in the utility closet. In addition, the cupboard under the sink vents to the outside.
