Mobile Homes USA (founded 2010) in Fort Myers, Florida  is a licensed and bonded WHOLESALER of  New and Used Mobile Homes.  We established a relationship with FEMA at that time to ship their homes to the oil fields in North Dakota. All of our homes are built to Wind Zone 3 maximum Hurricane Specifications with Factory A/C and  include basic appliances and some furnishings. Contact us with your specifie needs. We can provide transportation direct to your lot and help with installation in most all States.

Our FEMA homes available in good condition with only one prior tenant with average usage time of one year.  These units are ready to ship and include a variety of upgraded features below - Sold AS IS may need minor cosmetic repairs- detailed condition report available on request.
