Hey there Hi there Ho there.
DETAILS:
I have a tiny home up in the mountains outside of Klamath Falls Oregon.
It was originally bought as a shed from a rent-to-own style shed company. I bought it brand new September 2024 and have since then built out the inside.
It comes with a propane gas stove, electrical panel with 220v hookup to a genny, insulated, and finished.
Some reasons I got this specific size and style. Its technically a moveable structure and the floor layout is just under 200 sq ft that being said it gets around a lot of zoning and building restrictions.
It has tall ceilings and I insulated both the arch and the drop cieling for loads and loads of insulation. Its keeps temperature very well hot or cold.
This would make a great ADA unit for a care giver or a Hunting Cabin for your new off grid property
Possibly just a great home for someone who needs one.
This will need to be done in coordination with a licensed company that professionally move these structures. It cant be your cool uncle or your friend with a big truck unless that uncle or friend is a licensed company that professionally moves these.
We will need to coordinate the delivery and all work together to get it out of the woods onto the road and onto your property. It is in the forest in an off grid community off a dirt road. That dirt road can be muddy if it rains so it rather has to be frozen solid and the transport is done early early early in the morning or it has to consistently dry for 2 weeks straight (which isn't that wild on this side of the mountains)
PRICING:
I am motivated to sell so that being said for the cost of the shed its self is about $9700 from the dealer. I am willing to sell it for $10,000 even (non negotiable) NOT INCLUDING the delivery cost, document fees, etc.
Im selling it for that little to pretty much do nothing but shake your hand and show you where it is for the delivery guy to pick it up
If you want me to handle every single detail including the cost of delivery and essentially bring it to your door step its going to be $17.5k (non negotiable)
My friend put his fireplace in it and will have to be delivered superated to avoid it slide around and it getting slammed around.
That being said it not being mine ive asked him to sell it with the cabin and will split the cost with you and pay $150 each.
I am a general contractor and am willing to help you out by getting you gravel or pouring a slab and setting it up even running water to it if need be.
I will see the whole thing through from start to finish on both mine and your property for $25k (negotiable) can come with actual contract.
Things to consider:
Do you have a space thats level or graveled for this?
Do you know moving this is very similar to moving a shipping container and will require heavy machinery to drive on your property?
Do you know that this would take a coordinated effort to move it, like hiring a delivery company to move it, meeting them here and ensuring the safe loading, moving, and transport of this structure?
Did you know this is a dry cabin?
Do I understand the full scope of this project?
DISCLAIMER:
Im selling this to move on with my life after a recent loss. It was special to me and is filled with love, joy, and has a cool rustic look and finish to it.
I hope it goes to a good home and id love to help anyone who needs the help to set this up for their future.
I hope it goes without saying that none of the milk crates of stuff, wall art, clothes, dishes, and others belongings dont go with it. It will be an empty unit with no furnishings.
It does not come with the generator, propane tanks, fuel cans, those cool kayaks out front, etc.
The whole point of living off grid is enjoying the solitude of not having a bunch of People come out to my property. That being said if youre serious about getting this cabin we must meet all together (Delivery guy, You, and I)
Id prefer to have a 3rd party brought out to ensure a safe transaction and to see what we would need to do to move this.
I live in the woods and I just got this FB profile to sell things on FB. Im not trying to lure you into the forest. Its like a sketchy concept in general the whole way we have to go about this so id prefer for all of us to be forthcoming, safe, and communicate well to make sure everyone is comfortable.
Want to chat about it we can set up a call and figure it out. Im a chill guy looking to leave a positive footprint on the world.
