Tiny House on Wheels

Mobile tiny house is built on a dual-axle trailer. 17.5’ x 8’ and 13.5’ tall.
The interior has wood-paneled walls and ceilings with laminate flooring. This home has a sleeping loft with a metal safety rail, a kitchen with a butcher block countertop, gray cabinetry, a stainless steel sink, refrigerator with separate freezer and microwave
The living area includes a bench “couch”, swivel barrel chair, smart T.V. with broadcast digital antenna, electric fireplace and a ceiling fan with a decorative shade. A full bathroom is located at the rear with a standard toilet, sink and full-size shower. The sleeping loft has a queen-size mattress with bed-side lighting. Currently hooked up to water and sewer. There are no holding tanks. Fully insulated with double pane windows.
There are so many custom details that make this an extra special home.
This has never been lived in, but it was used a few times as a guest house starting in 2023. It is all set up and ready for you!
