This is a fixer. While we lived in for 3 years, at the end you could smell mold. Opened loft walls to find mold on the inside face of the exterior OSB sheathing. That end of house, maybe all, needs exterior siding and sheathing removed and replaced as needed. If I were to keep, I'd also replace roof sheathing, and increase rafter height by scabbing on 2x2. Metal standing seam roofing is only 3 years old and can be reused. Needs other miscellaneous touches. Great for a handy person who doesn't want to start from scratch.
