Overview

About the company

Wolf Industries is a factory-built modular home, tiny home, and ADU builder headquartered in Battle Ground, Washington. The company focuses on turn-key accessory dwelling units, detached ADUs, tiny homes, and compact modular homes designed for real residential use—not recreational trailers. Wolf builds permit-ready structures with full kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, HVAC, and code-compliant construction at its Pacific Northwest factory. From compact 300-square-foot layouts to full-size modular homes exceeding 1,200 square feet, Wolf offers a catalog of models suited to urban infill lots, backyard ADUs, rental cottages, vacation properties, and primary residences. Each home is constructed indoors using modular methods with 2×6 framing, laminated veneer lumber, exterior spray-in insulation, and inspections aligned with International Residential Code and International Building Code standards. Customers can choose gable or shed roofs, fiber cement siding, granite or quartz countertops, and finish options from Wolf's Options Book. What sets Wolf apart is its integrated, single-team process. Rather than coordinating separate contractors, customers can work with Wolf for free property evaluations, factory tours, permitting support, offsite production, delivery, foundation work, utility connections, and final setup. The company delivers within approximately 1,000 miles of its Battle Ground factory, serving Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, California, Utah, and Nevada. Permitting timelines vary by jurisdiction, factory production typically completes in three to four weeks, and site work plus installation follows permit issuance. Wolf also develops modular cottage communities and supports disaster-recovery housing with rapidly deployable homes. Post-delivery, owners receive a one-year workmanship warranty, maintenance guides, and ongoing support. Published model starting prices range from $67,500 to $178,500 for the home only—excluding permitting, delivery, sitework, and utilities. Confirm final pricing, permit eligibility, and project timeline with Wolf for your specific property.

Mission

Building a home should not feel like a second full-time job. Wolf Industries rebuilt the process from the ground up so customers do not outsource headaches—they eliminate them. Everything from permitting to installation happens under one roof with one team, one process, and one outcome: your home, done right.

Build philosophy

Wolf Industries combines proven construction with modern offsite manufacturing to deliver premium prefab ADUs and tiny homes that are cost-effective and sustainable. By assembling homes in a controlled factory setting, the team streamlines production, reduces waste, and maintains consistent quality through specialized stages—each with a designated foreman—while shielding builds from weather. Homes use 2×6 construction with laminated veneer lumber for rigidity, PEX plumbing, Romex electrical, exterior spray-in insulation, and inspections aligned with IRC and IBC guidelines. Wolf emphasizes simplicity, efficiency, and livability in compact footprints without sacrificing residential-grade finishes or durability.
