The Catalina is Modern Tiny Living’s 28′ core model — a retro trapezoidal saltbox with 300 square feet, starting at $139,000. Sleeps 4–6.

Basics: 28′ long, 8′ 6″ wide, 13′ 6″ tall, about 18,000 lbs. Towing suggestion: 1 ton truck.

Exterior includes black LP lap/diagonal siding with cedar accents, black steel roof, and an exterior flip-up bar. Window package: six double-pane tempered-glass windows (large kitchen awning, over-sink, large bedroom picture frame, two small square loft, one small square bathroom) with black frames. Interior walls are stained maple plywood with a wood waterfall bar and luxury vinyl plank flooring.

Kitchen has a large sink with retractable faucet, open shelving, wood or butcher block countertops, and cabinetry below. Bathroom has a barn door entry, flush toilet, sink with cabinetry and shelving, large fiberglass shower, and exhaust fan.

Standard build includes a 28′ × 8′ Trailer Made custom trailer (21k GVWR), 50-amp 240V service, electric wall heater, closed-cell spray foam insulation (3″ floor, walls & ceiling), and a Rheem electric water heater (8kW).
