Includes a gable roof with dormer loft, sleeping loft, built-in bench seating for six that converts to a full-size bed, two sets of bookshelves, and staircase with storage and closet. Kitchen has a large sink with retractable faucet, open shelving, wood or butcher block countertops, and cabinetry below. Bathroom has a barn door entry, flush toilet (no tank — needs septic/sewer hookup), side faucet sink, open shelving, and a 32″ × 32″ fiberglass shower.
