The Lara includes a downstairs bedroom, an upstairs loft usable as a second bedroom or storage, a fully equipped kitchen with hidden drop-leaf countertops for extra prep space, a bright lounge with large windows and a sliding glass door, and a full-height bathroom with space for a stackable laundry station. Appliances include a stove, oven, refrigerator, combo washer/dryer, mini split, and tankless water heater.

Tiny Topanga constructs each Lara in-house from welded steel frames through cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, and finish work, certifying every home through Pacific West Tiny Homes as an RV. The company delivers and installs all builds personally with utility hookup, leveling, and move-in-ready completion across the USA and Mexico.
