The Lara includes a downstairs bedroom, an upstairs loft usable as a second bedroom or storage, a fully equipped kitchen with hidden drop-leaf countertops for extra prep space, a bright lounge with large windows and a sliding glass door, and a full-height bathroom with space for a stackable laundry station. Appliances include a stove, oven, refrigerator, combo washer/dryer, mini split, and tankless water heater.

Tiny Topanga constructs each Lara in-house from welded steel frames through cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, and finish work, certifying every home through Pacific West Tiny Homes as an RV.
