What started as a travel trailer I upgraded to a very light 4-SEASON Tiny Home on Wheels THOW with heated pipes & tanks, HEATED drinksafe hose, underbody seals, powered dump vales & smart interlock, and a trailer skirt to trap warm air from the underbelly down to the earth to prevent even the coldest winds from freezing the pipes. During the hot summer, unroll the RV Shade over the roof to decrease the AC load. Or cool down quickly using the second AC for 24k BTU total! This trailer was upgraded to 50A dual phase service to run the microwave, toaster, and both AC's simultaneously when it's hot OR a personal heater in every room when it's cold! That’s right – it’s not just the pipes that are kept warm in the winter; you can live comfortably in this unit all winter long!

The integrated water softener has a source shutoff and rapid freshwater fill tank valve so you can load up on high quality fresh water. I like to refill the fresh tank in the morning so it can come up to room temp during the day -- switching over to internal water pump the next morning allows the dual fuel water heater to provide long hot showers the next morning!

Integrated Wifi Gateway brings the weakest camp WIFI inside the metal walls. Bluetooth level, and Mopeka dual LP tank sensors, and power jack & stabilizers make for easy setup and maintenance. The roof features have the vent options installed for all weather operation. Power shade, power side bump-out, indoor/outdoor radio, and portable icemaker make it easy to relax or party! The cabinetry is enhanced with easy-access doors and a full pantry for the chef! Sleeps 4 comfortably!

Includes all the water, waste, and electrical cable and adapters to plug into whatever you have available. Onboard battery is Li-Ion for long boondocking capability.
