Description

Can DELIVER, based on region and costs. A one-of-a-kind 8×20 shipping container tiny home with serious character. Step inside and the first thing you notice is the light. Massive windows and French doors flood this container home with natural light all day, making it feel far bigger than an 8×20 footprint. It’s bright, warm, and thoughtfully designed. Inside you’ll find handbuilt and welded reclaimed doors, windows, shelving, and cabinetry that give the interior a distinctive, crafted feel you simply won’t find in prefab units. Features include: • Huge windows and French doors for exceptional natural light • Full bathroom with shower and toilet • Kitchenette • Mini-split heat and AC • 50-amp electrical panel (RV hookup plug or permanent connection) • Plumbing with sharkbite quick connects • Fully insulated walls and underside for excellent heat/cool retention • Dimmer lighting inside and on the porch • Multiple outlets and USB charging ports Built-in TV All windows, French doors, and sills were professionally welded, making the unit completely waterproof and built to last. Used to have a queen sized Murphy bed. This was converted to a closet, but maintained intact so a Murphy bed of queen or smaller can easily be affixed to the space once again. Currently a pull-out sofa on wheels. All items in the unit can come with, if you like. Includes the attached screened porch shown in photos, if you want (will be deconstructed). This home has had one extremely tidy resident for several years and has been kept in pristine condition. Transport is straightforward. It was delivered on a slide-bed truck just like shown in the photos. Perfect as a guest house, Airbnb, backyard studio, hunting cabin, or minimalist full-time living. Could also be a THOW (eliminates Permit requirement) if kept on a trailer ;) $50,000 including transport, within reason. Item is available to move August. Available to tour anytime. Located in East Atlanta.
