Most first-floor open space in the park-model line. Two lofts at opposite ends leave a large open main floor. One loft uses a storage staircase. The other uses a ladder. Living and dining share one zone that can shift when guests visit. Strong fit as a cottage or second home, and also usable full time if you like loft sleeping.

Trailer is galvanized with a 7 ft tongue, pintle hitch, triple 8,000 lb axles, and 4 leveling jacks. Floor is R43 SIP, walls R25, roof R57. Base exterior is vinyl siding with board-and-batten vinyl. Optional wood-grain steel with standing-seam steel. Meets ANSI A119.5 park-model standards.

Compared with Charme, there is no downstairs bedroom by the entry, so living space runs under the main loft. Bump-out often holds the TV and cabinets. Full kitchen and full bath. Standard finishes include SPC flooring and varnished poplar panels.
