It was among their first models with a downstairs bedroom and is a common pick. It works as a granny flat on a backyard lot or private land. A couple can live full time. Guests can use the loft and sofa bed for overnight stays (about 2 to 4 guests depending on setup).

Trailer is galvanized with a 7 ft tongue, pintle hitch, triple 8,000 lb axles, and 4 leveling jacks. Floor is R43 SIP, walls R25, roof R57. Base exterior is vinyl siding with board-and-batten vinyl. Optional wood-grain steel with standing-seam steel. Windows are hybrid aluminum/PVC Low-E argon tempered glass.

Interior zones: living, kitchen, bath, and bedroom. Sofa bed can face the windows or a TV bump-out. L-shaped kitchen with a peninsula for two. A folding table in the living area can seat four more. Bath can take a 32x48 shower or a tub. Master bedroom is downstairs and bright. Guest loft can hold a queen bed with ladder access. Standard finishes include SPC flooring and varnished poplar panels.
