Brand new tiny house. Built with locally sourced and environmentally friendly materials. This house is move in ready with an integrated heat pump for heating and cooling.

House comes with a new 7.3 Cu-Ft fridge, washer dryer combo and induction cooktop. Space has been dedicated for a large toaster oven in the kitchen. The kitchen comes with a 2 inch thick solid ash countertop with fold down 2 foot extension.

House was built on a brand new specially designed tiny house trailer to ensure quality. All windows are double pane Anderson wood windows. Door is a rot resistant PVC composite.

This house comes with a brand new metal roof and a skylight rated to meet egress code and comes with built-in bug screen for warm summer starry nights.

Built-in book nook to the left of the entrance, has integrated under bench storage and adjustable work surface. Good for working at home, bench can be easily transition into a secondary sleeping loft for guests.

House has a 10 foot loft.  Floor is a heavy duty waterproof laminate.

Bathroom comes with 32 inch shower with exhaust fan with nightlight function. Hot water is generated by 20 gallon electric hot water heater.

House comes with two exterior GFCI outlets, one next to the front door and one underneath next to the water hook up for anticipated heat tape as a precautionary measure in the winter.

Custom pegboard storage system has been built into the wall between the book nook and the living room.

The house is set up for conventional black and gray water connections. Electrical connection is a 50 amp RV connection. house comes with the connector.

House dimensions are 20’ long, 8’ 6” wide, 13’ 4” tall.
