Loretta (tiny home/ADU)

I am reposting Loretta , buyer had transportation issues. This is NOT a duplicate listing. The house is 24 feet long, and approximately 9.5 feet wide, and with the mini split located on the side, is about one foot wider. It was hauled with a pick up truck by the builder in December of 21', from Oregon, to Sequim. I have been told by WA DMV that it can be moved with a trip permit, as I have not licenced the trailer. Purchasers use their states licenses, rules, etc. 24' Caravan on a 3 axle trailer.
