The house measures 6'4' wide x 17' long. Solid all wood tiny house on trailer, off grid, cedar shake roof, entry French door, lots of light. The interior walls have thin tongue and groove pine interior cladding over foam board insulation, solid oak flooring, insulation in the vaulted ceiling is denim batting Ultratouch, and finished with light weight birch door skin ceiling panels on the vaulted ceiling above kitchen/dining area, kitchenette with quartz cream coloured counter top, stainless steel tea sink and a grey water drain, custom cabinets with pull out shelves. The woodstove is Norwegian Jotul F602 with glassed door providing beautiful view of fire, and single stove top suitable for large frying pan, soup pot, or kettle. The wall has handmade Spanish tiles. There is a narrow stairwell to the loft bedroom, fits queen or double size bed. The cabin has simple passive heat qualities, if you site front door and window facing south, and the solid wall on the north side. There are no plastics in the interior or exterior. The U-shaped seating area that converts to narrow beds has built in storage. Light is provided by battery lanterns. There is no bathroom. The tiny house is clean, comfortable, open and airy - bone dry even if not visited for weeks at a time. I have used it as a cabin or semi stationary recreational vehicle to provide respite from urban living and as a retreat for family and friends. Will sleep up to 5 people.
