Tiny House Shell with Custom Interior

Tiny home steel shell with siding. I took this project on with a builder while I was in college just before the pandemic hit. Since then, I've relocated for work, have a wife and family, and have not had the time to finish this project. Perfect for someone looking to finish it themselves and add their own touch to the interior. The tiny house includes appliances such as a refrigerator, incineration toilet (added cost), copper sink, washer/dryer duo, etc. Also comes with a custom front door and framed windows for the entire house. It's on a custom-built 26 ft trailer and the steel framing company I used was Volstrukt. Reach out for more information and pictures if interested. The first photo was after a fresh coat of paint, the last few pictures of the exterior are after a couple of hot Texas summers. I can provide paint color details if you'd like to keep the same color combo. This house also has full renderings that you can access to see the vision of both exterior and interior spaces. The flooring in the loft needs to be replaced because the section of the roof above it was taken off. I have gone down in price so please feel free to come out and see it or give me your best offer.
