20'x16'x18' 10" 2 story w/gambrel roof

For sale is a 2 story 20'x16'x18' 10" with a gambrel roof. I priced it low due to the cost of moving because of the heighth of the building. I contacted a local mover who said itll cost a bit being that the standard stop light is 16' high. And yes, the house will need to be moved. Porches are included. Some details pertaining to the house: It's on 4 marine grade 6"x6"x20' skids which are ontope of cinder blocks. The house isn't sitting directly on the ground. The exterior walls, roof trusses and 1st and 2nd floor joists are all on 1' centers. 3/4" plywood sheathing used on the walls, roof and flooring. 1/2" sanded pine used as walls on the interior. 19 gal water heater (located under the stairs) Walk-in shower, standard toilet, and bsthroom sink Stairs to access the 2nd story 2 Friedrich A/C units with heat pumps. R-13 insulation in the walls, R-15 in the roof and 3/4" Dow foam board w/ radiant barrier installed on top of the roof sheathing and a gap between the radiant barrier and R-panel to maximize the efficiency of the radiant barrier. 3/4" Foam board was installed on the porch also. R-panel used for the siding and roof. The price is low due to the cost of moving, no cert for occupancy and no cert on the electrical. I had a retired electrician do the electrical for me. The house is about 80-90% complete but won't require a lot to finish. Main thing is finishing the trimming. The house was used for about a year and a half and will be vacant in the coming weeks. Stainmaster vinyl floors were installed when the house was completed but still require a few pieces trimmed. There are 2 boxes left over that will be included.
