Trailer A 26 foot long x 8.5 foot wide PAD tiny house trailer includes a galvanized bottom pan, 2 fender flashings and four scissor style level jacks with one crank handle. The G.V.W.R. is 14,000 lbs. The trailer comes with a transferrable warranty registration card signed over to the occupant upon purchase. Framing Built by licensed and seasoned framers. The wood frame complies with international residential code for One- and Two Family Dwellings (section R602). This allows for earthquake and high-wind loading, as well as proper bridging supports and framing supports. The interior rough framing includes a framed-out space for; a bathroom, a sink, a shower, a toilet and a hot-water heater. Siding Installed by licensed and seasoned siders. The siding is tight knot kiln dried cedar bevel stained. Windows Installed by licensed contractors. By having 10 windows varying in size, it offers a forced perspective which makes the space feel quite a bit bigger. Roofing Installed by a licensed, bonded and insured roofer. The roof is a combination of a 30-year composition roof and a metal roof above the loft area.
