Custom built for extreme weather by my Dad in 2000. Recently updated and NEED To Sale, thats why the price is so low. Its ready to be lived in & comes with all full size appliances including a Maytag washer and dryer, dish washer, refrigerator & freezer,convectional  microwave, and cook top stove.  Has a 2 ton a/c unit, with 9 floor registers with 2 large returns for the forced air gas furnace. Everything can run on either propane or natural gas (heat & stove), a large walk in  shower w/ built in seat. A large 38 gallon hot water heater. For storage, all custom oak cabinets, with secure latches for safe transport. 2  large 3 speed reversible ceiling fans. With two full layers of insulation with a 5" dead space for even better insulation. Then the entire bottom exposed side, is coated poly foam sheets. The walls have been filled with extra insulation and then sealed with a vapor barrier then sided in wood then completely covered in powder coated metal siding. That will never need to be painted. This was designed for the extreme weather, hot or cold.To be run on its own with generator and built in 20 gallon aux. fuel tank.And a 60 gallon mounted propane tank on the goose neck hitch.With access panels built in for access to plumbing and has a RV style sewer drain, that secures for transport. New carpet was just installed and a fresh sealer of roof coating has just been completed. Along with new tires and best of all , All custom built aluminum decks with alum steps for each of the two weather ready steel doors.
