Beautiful bus. I must sell and am open to all reasonable offers. Considering ALL offers. I have 30,000$ into this and am asking 20,000$ and am open to all reasonable offers. This bus was PROFESSIONALLY converted in the 80's. I tried to temper that 80's flair with some more modern touches. But, the professional conversion means this is solid. This is insulated. This has a Webasto diesel heater installed with routine maintenance performed in Feburary by a specialist. (I did not use the heater, but the previous owner said it worked like a dream). A generator is installed. (I did not use the generator, but the previous owner did.) It comes with a $1000 Magnum inverter/charger I did not hook up (I utilized shore power for the most part). I was planning fulltime living for the long haul and began making updates to that end. I lived full time for about a year in this beautiful bus with my youngin. Good living! We lived at a campground right near the river and it was a dream. The bathroom is beautiful and just completely renovated in the spring with a brand new $2,000 Natures Head composter. I drove the bus minimally, but it drove well. It was driven from FL to NM last fall by the previous owner and he reports no issues on the road. It was just driven from NM to CA in early January and all was smooth sailing. Was inspected by a mechanic pre-trip with flying colors. Tires are fine. For touring more widely I'd recco new ones. It will need a new stove. (I used a convection oven and hotplate and instapot. There is a beautiful marine quality stove in place that I couldn't figure out). .. from the CL posting: 1965 GM 4106 professionally converted in the 80's. Titled and insured as an RV. Awesome for tiny home living. 8V73 DD, AUTOMATIC, new paint, two new 15000 air conditioners with heat, new blu ray stereos in both the main area and Stateroom..along with an entertainment station in one of the bays outside with a pull out BBQ. Complete awnings. Webasto heater installed. 150 gallon grey tank, 100 gallon fresh. Bathroom completely gutted and renovated last spring. Compost commode so no disgusting black water. Magnum Inverter Charger included not connected. Awesome hot water heater. (very hot). Great, Quality fridge. All appliances can run on propane or electric. Oven/Stove is not in working order. I used an instapot (LOVE IT!) and toaster oven as well as the attached BBQ grill. 35ft for easy handling. I got rid of some of the 80's décor and added my own touch. But the wallpaper is temporary and the parquet floor is still there if you want to revive her to her 80's glory! Made for great fulltime living! Just driven from ABQ to outside of San Diego, CA (Oceanside) in early January with no issue. All mechanical working checked out with flying colors in pre-trip inspection. Tires are old. Mechanic said they are fine and reccoed replacing for long tours. I have 30,000$ into this. I am listing for 20,000$ and considering all reasonable offers.
