1989 Coachmen RV/Tiny Home/Mobile Boutique w/Commercial Insurance through 7/25

Sometimes it's OK to take your work home with you! This could be a business, a tiny home, or both. It has plenty of space at 33' x 8' x 13.5'. When I purchased this RV, it had already been converted to a mobile boutique with the current design. It gets a lot of attention! The previous owner disconnected the plumbing. I spoke with a mechanic at Camping World and was told that the plumbing could be reconnected, and it's not at all expensive. If you choose to reconnect it, you would then have a working toilet, sink and shower. You can already live off grid with this but adding the plumbing would make it even better. There's also a refrigerator and freezer. Tons of storage spaces, specially made wooden steps, many things made especially for this as a boutique which easily translates to things that can be used for a tiny home. You really do not need to do build-ins. There are cubby holes, shelves, cabinets, chests, jewelry racks, curtains, a private door that shuts off the back where there is a couch that's a pull-out bed and floor length mirror. Please Note: The structure of this vehicle is very sturdy, however, it has mechanical issues. It was transported from Georgia to California. I've spent a lot on repairs. Just about everything has been replaced, including the engine, but still, there always seems to be one more issue. If you're mechanically inclined, this might be an easy fix-it job for you. If you aren't, I do not advise you to drive it. I drove it weekly for months without issues but stopped doing so when it stalled on me several times. This is a great sturdy structure, but it is a 1989 Chevrolet Sportscoach Cross County Series RV and has reached that point where it needs to remain stationery. Once in a spot, It's ready-to-go as a business or a resting place. UPDATE The price has been greatly reduced because most of the business products have been removed. However, a printing press, mug press and hat press can be included for free. New cost $9500 This RV is currently in storage.
