Treasured Tiny Home

This tiny home has held so much love and has the potential to create so much more with its cottage feel and endless potential. It needs a little tlc but is mostly finished and currently livable. This tiny home sits on skids and has connections for power, water, washer and dryer. It has two 8’ lofts on either end, a raised bed that fits a king with lots of storage underneath. Wood kitchen counter with live edge and brand new rustic sink. Small Hermitage detailed fireplace, electric oven and fridge come with the home. Along with a beautiful cast iron claw foot tub from 1904. The date is stamped on the bottom and I left the exterior in its original condition, it has not been painted. The porcelain interior needs refinished but it would be easy and I can give info and details on what I did when I first purchased it that did not work and what I now know is the proper way. Toilet in bathroom is also brand new and the on demand water heater is also located in the bathroom. Please do not be mislead, this home still needs some work. None of the necessary work is major. Examples: refinishing the interior of tub, installing a bathroom sink (hookups are already there we just took out the old one). Trim to be installed along floor boards and covering of the small bit of wall insulation exposed between the wall and ceiling. All of this will be shown in images. All of the work that needs done is cosmetic. I will be updating photos and details this weekend (9/20).
