24'x8' Tiny House on Wheels

Built in 2020 to be lived in full time regardless of climate. High efficiency mini split for heating and cooling paired with mineral wool insulation. Lofted 8'x10' bedroom with storage. Standard RV electrical and plumbing hookups (100 amp panel). Currently setup with a composting toilet (included in price of sale if buyer wants), but also plumbed for a standard toilet. Built with high quality materials (metal roof, cedar siding, oak flooring, hurricane framing brackets, etc...). Meticulous photos and documentation of build process. Built by The Finishing Touch building company in Brighton, MI. I lived in it for 5 years full time in Michigan. Several winters had stretches with temperatures below zero and remained comfortable inside. Buyer will be responsible for towing to new location (strongly recommend a big dually or hiring someone experienced in towing large loads). It's just under 13'6" tall on the road and 24'x8'.
