This home has truly been my sanctuary for the past two years. Built in late 2022, it was the result of years of dreaming, research, and planning. I fell in love with the minimalist lifestyle years ago—drawn to the simplicity, the freedom, and the intention that tiny living brings. When I finally found a legal place to park in California, I dove in and built this home with long-term living in mind. Every feature was chosen with comfort and practicality at the forefront—spaciousness, energy-efficiency, low-maintenance materials, and aging-in-place accessibility. I cared for it meticulously, and it’s been nothing short of wonderful. Unfortunately, due to recent changes in municipal zoning, I’m no longer able to keep it where it’s parked—and so, with a heavy heart, I’m offering it up to someone who will love it just as much. Interior Highlights: Main Floor Bedroom No ladders, no loft sleeping. This was a must for me. The bedroom fits a queen-size bed frame (included unless you prefer it removed) and is flanked by tall windows with beautiful light. A ceiling fan (included) was removed for transport and can easily be reinstalled. Bathroom Compact and efficient, with a standing shower, modern vanity, mirror, and ventilation. It’s plumbed for a flushing toilet, but I used a composting setup—so no black tank maintenance, only gray water. Living Room / Front Room Light-filled and open, this area has a high ceiling and large picture window that makes it feel spacious and inviting. The custom loveseat fits perfectly (included), and a swiveling TV mount is already installed. Kitchen A joy to cook in—full-sized propane stove with oven, deep sink, and large fridge. The cabinetry is a custom periwinkle blue I hand-picked (so charming, even the designer took note). Ample drawer space, all lined from day one. Loft + Storage A large loft provides extra sleeping or storage space, and there’s plenty of flexibility to configure to your needs. Original awning (currently stored) is included—great for creating outdoor living space. Additional Notes: House is packed and prepped for transport (drawers secured, fixtures removed and stored) Fully functional and move-in ready—no surprises Only repair ever needed was a small plumbing fix post-transport (professionally done) Registered as an RV with the DMV (title in hand) All systems are simple, reliable, and well-maintained If you’re looking for a thoughtfully designed, legally registered tiny home that’s built to last and ready to go, this is it.
