The kitchen has a beautiful ceramic sink, gold faucet and hardware, two burner induction stove top, real marble stone mosaic backsplash, and De Longhi small sized espresso/cappuccino maker included! Comes furnished if desired. Can also be delivered empty. There is an upstairs sleeping loft with cubby storage along both sides. There is a railing for safety, makes walking up and down easy. The under stair area is outfitted with storage compartments to hang clothes, anything from long coats and dresses to shirts, and shoes. The chairs in the living area are convertible. They recline and fold out into lounge chair and sleeper configurations. There is a second smaller storage loft above the living area suitable for larger items. Insulated with R-13 walls and R-20 ceiling. Comes with a (used) window air conditioner and (new) electric wall heater. Stair treads are crafted with reclaimed solid cedar. Flooring throughout is durable LVP, waterproof and scratch proof. Patio furniture also included. Snow load 60 PSF. 105 MPH Wind Rating. There is an electrical breaker box on the outside back wall with a generator inlet box. The tankless propane or natural gas water heater is mounted on the back wall.
