Custom built Tiny Houses on wheels. Beautiful light, bright and simple Tiny Homes built with health in mind. My husband has been building for 20+ years and in recent years started offering mobile Tiny Homes. We build from sustainable materials with zero VOC’s or off-gassing of any kind inside. We use wood treated with natural tung oil and Benjamin Moore zero VOC paints. Insulation is R10 non off-gassing foam board. We use bamboo floors and up-cycled parts whenever possible. We can offer Tiny Homes with full off-grid capability including propane on demand hot water heater, propane mini oven and 2 burner stovetop and options to add a composting toilet. If you prefer to hook into water, septic and power, we can plumb and wire them to do so. Options for adding a small solar array, propane wall heater, queen size loft, extra shelving and more are available upon request. The above price includes: single story 25’x8’ mobile Tiny House with full bathroom (stall shower, flushing toilet, bathroom vanity, light, out fan & propane on demand hot water heater). Mini kitchen with 20” sink, under cabs, and room for a mini stove & mini fridge. Our homes come with LED lighting throughout and outlets in the living area, kitchen, bathroom and lofts. Storm door and 6+ operable dual pane vinyl windows. Living room area fits a full-queen size fold out futon or small couch. Metal roofing with color options and wood board and baton exterior siding finished with deckmate stain. *Options for loft add-on and more available! Message for more details.
