Self build from Tumbleweed Tiny Home plans. Inspected and insured by State Farm Insurance. Currently located at a 55+ campground in the off-grid section. (Although there may be a few slots available if you are younger but I believe there must be a certain percentage at 55+) If you like the location you would need a background check by the campground. Current off-grid sites are $1320 per year. Powered sites are also available but not 24-7 with seasonal hours. This House was built by me and moved here in summer of '23 from Pennsylvania. It was pulled nicely by a Ford 350 heavy duty dually. The weight is approximately 8000lbs but was never scaled. A 250 should probably work as well. It has 3" of foam board insulation on walls and roof. 6" of same insulation in the floor. Siding is Joe Hardy cement board with cedar trim and cedar boards on the door end. Nice quality Jeld Wen windows. It does need some minor trim work on the inside. This House has a 30 amp hook-up. If using in an off-grid setting it would need a solar system such as a Bluetti or Eco Flow system. I would be available to show it on most weekend days and some mornings during the week.
